A new study by DTU Space researchers has revealed a neutron star that rotates around its axis at an extremely high speed.
It spins 716 times per second , making it one of the fastest-spinning objects ever observed.
The neutron star is part of a so-called X-ray binary star system called 4U 1820-30 .
It is located 26,000 light years away from Earth .
