Former Florida Supreme Court Justice Alan Lawson is representing the four Florida women suing.
He says a report from Gov. Ron DeSantis ’ administration alleges “widespread” fraud in the petition gathering process for Amendment 4 should disqualify any votes for the effort.
The lawsuit is being funded by an “angel financier,” Lawson says.
Florida voters will vote on 6 amendments in November .
The proposals relate to abortion, marijuana , hunting and fishing and more.
Partisan school board elections will appear on the ballot this election.
The constitutional right to fish and hunt will also be on the ballots.
The amendments are opposed by Florida ’s Republican leaders.
