The Republican National Committee and Trump ’s allies have filed almost 100 lawsuits in key states targeting voting machines, voter rolls, overseas voting and mail-in voting.
More than a dozen cases are currently pending in at least 19 states, according to Democracy Docket , an organization that tracks election-related litigation.
With 11 days until the election, the number of lawsuits and scale are growing.
Text messages revealed the lawsuit was filed by a county Republican Party after the state party in Georgia refused to do so despite requests from “ Trump inner circle/high up in RNC .” A judge later dismissed it, calling concerns over the machines “purely hypothetical.” Copyright 2024 U.S. News & World Report .
