The mayor says the way the parties can operate is “a kiss of death to local representation and local democracy” Kourtney Penner , Courtney Walcott , Evan Spencer and Peter Demong are under scrutiny.
Penner says she worked less than five hours on the naming of a city bird.
Councillor says many in this city do not like how Gondek and her think-alike council pals rule the roost.
