More than 100 customers contact BBC about scams, saying Revolut failed them.
Dr Ravi Kumar lost 39,000 in May when scammers tricked him into transferring money.
He'd been saving the money for his teenagers.
Dr Kumar is one of more than 100 people who have told the BBC they feel poorly treated by the e-money firm.
Scammers took 160,000 in seven minutes from Lynne Elms' best friend's cosmetics company.
They convinced her to install a remote desktop application which they said would allow them to protect the account.
It actually let them take control of her computer.
It took Lynne three or four hours to get in touch with Revolut and they were 'unhelpful'.
