But the World Food Programme has said that the main crossings into the north are closed.

She says the problem that's been going on in, in Lebanon for nearly two decades now is that there have been UN peacekeepers who are supposed to enforce a resolution that prevents having Hezbollah , which is more than just a terrorist organization.
