The leaders of the Waynesboro Electoral Board have announced they do not intend to certify next month's election results in the city without substantial changes to Virginia policy.
Chairman Curtis G. Lilly II and Vice Chairman Scott Mares , the top two members of the three -member board, have filed a lawsuit arguing that the use of voting machines to tabulate results is unconstitutional.
The allegations made in the lawsuit parrot many of the conspiracy theories floated in conservative circles during the past two national elections.
