John Caudwell is the founder of the now defunct mobile phone company Phones4U.
The 72-year-old is keen to push ahead with Labour 's planned tax crackdown on non-domdom.
He wants the PM and Chancellor to “press ahead” with their advantage in the Budget on 30 October .
He also wants the VAT tax exemption for private schools to be removed.
Caudwell has sympathy for Keir Starmer and believes he should be paid much more than he is.
He says he will donate to Labour if they do the 'right things' for Britain .
He also says he would pay the PM 300,000-a-year more for the stress and pressures he has.
But he will not vote for the UK to rejoin the single market or the customs union within the EU .
