A Canada -wide warrant has been issued for a Nanaimo man after he was found guilty of drug-related charges.
Kerry Wallace Chang , 58 , failed to appear at his sentencing hearing on Sept. 20 .
Chang admitted to possessing more than 62 grams of fentanyl in his bedroom during a police raid in November 2020 .
The judge rejected Chang ’s defence, saying it “exceeds the limits of credulity”.
