As a child growing up in Rhyl , I could be disruptive in class.
I was diagnosed with dyspraxia , a developmental disorder that affects movement and coordination.
In my late teens and 20s, I was known for being lively. Friends called me “the life and soul”, “mad” and sometimes “unpredictable” Then as is also the case with a person with bipolar disorder my mood resolves.
