TOKYO ( Reuters ) - Japan should continue its subsidy programmes for utility and fuel expenses for a while, Keiichi Ishii , the leader of the junior ruling bloc partner Komeito party, said on Thursday . The government is set to discontinue its subsidies for electricity and gas utilities by the end of October and another subsidy for gasoline fuels by the end of December . Komeito forms the ruling coalition in Japan 's parliament with its senior partner, the Liberal Democratic Party .
