•Chase customer Marina Camplone loses $17,900 in fraud scam

Marina Camplone says someone pretending to be a Chase fraud representative called her phone using the same number shown on the back of her debit card.
She says she was tricked into giving the criminal access to her account, but realized what was happening in real time and raced to a Chase branch.
A teller said her money was being sent to an account at Wells Fargo , wrote account information on a Post-it and told her to run to a Wells Fargo branch across the street.
