This might be an attempt to create a sub agency that, you know, does have some input, which I think is not a bad thing.
But I don't think that they're with the lack of success they've had in both the public health side and in some of the other types of things that are going on with the wars that we have.
I think there's a little bit of a trust issue with the United Nations given, as I said, they have tried to gain more than a seat at the table and gotten slapped back.
