It's now free for UK-based private sellers to sell on eBay

UK -based private sellers no longer pay final value fees or regulatory operating fees when their items sell.

Fees will apply if you list more than 300 items in a month , if you add optional upgrades to your listing, or if you deliver to an overseas address.

Sellers based outside of the UK may be subject to additional fees.

When you create listings or sell items on an international eBay site, we may convert your funds to a different currency in order to collect amounts owed by you.

When the item sells on eBay.de, we will calculate your payout amount by converting the sales proceeds from EUR to GBP using the transaction exchange rate applicable at the time of the sale.

If your registered address is in the UK , the seller currency conversion charge applied and retained by us is 2.5% .

If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we reserve the right to limit or suspend the services which we provide to you.

Seller fees don't purchase exclusive rights to web pages on eBay . We may, at our sole discretion and without consent from or payment to sellers, display third -party advertisements and listings from other sellers on any eBay page.
