The German government's crisis team has decided to further raise the crisis level for foreign representations in Beirut , Ramallah and Tel Aviv due to the escalation in the Middle East , the Foreign Office announced on Saturday . Family members of seconded employees in these representations should leave the service location and travel to a safe place in the region or return to Germany , it said. Furthermore, the seconded personnel will be reduced, it said, but it will be ensured that "the comprehensive operational capability of the three foreign representations remains guaranteed.".
