'She was victimized by a predator': B.C. court reverses transfer of $1.4M townhouse in elder abuse case

Judith King , 88 , was "doing well physically, emotionally, socially and financially" when she met Zoltan Vimhel in 2013 .

Vimhel "systematically isolated, manipulated, deceived, abused, and exploited" King's children were "horrified" to learn how she had been living with Vimhel , the court decision says.

King's son Owen was appointed as her litigation guardian partway through the court proceedings.

The judge ruled Vimhel got himself added to the title of King's home through "undue influence".
