BERLIN ( Reuters ) - Volkswagen faces calls to withdraw from Xinjiang , China , from dozens of international lawmakers as the carmaker's audit of the plant failed to meet international standards, the Financial Times reported on Friday , citing a letter signed by 50 parliamentarians. An audit commissioned by Volkswagen into its jointly owned site in Xinjiang failed to meet key aspects of the international standard the German carmaker's auditor said it had set for the process.
