Craig Roberts AKA Craig Rubin or Craig X , is preparing to file a lawsuit against Tim Pool and the Washington County Sheriff department for false arrest, malicious prosecution and abuse of process.

Roberts was arrested in 2022 for burglary after he was invited inside a residence where Pool used as his offices in Washington County Maryland .

A video taken by one of Pool’s employees clearly showed that another employee admitted to waving Roberts in.

Pool went on several online tirades to his millions of followers, calling for Roberts to prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, even though the evidence clearly showed Roberts was waved in after he knocked.
