European Commission issued a call-out in May for member states to offer medical help to people severely wounded in the war-torn region.
Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health said a decision has been made not to take in any patients from Gaza because " Finland does not have the necessary resources to respond to the patient evacuation requests" Sweden also declined the offer, saying it will instead donate technical equipment and hospital supplies.
