Hezbollah said in a statement that two of its members were among those killed.
Experts said the pager explosions showed signs of being a long-planned operation though the means were not immediately known.

Hezbollah and Israeli forces have been clashing near- daily for more than 11 months .
The clashes have killed hundreds in Lebanon and dozens in Israel and displaced tens of thousands .
On Tuesday , Israel said halting Hezbollah ’s attacks in the north is now an official war goal.
