Julian Zelizer : The Harris-Trump debate is over who won and who lost, but it was the American people who lost.
He says many of the critical issues facing the U.S. received no mention at all of these issues, including cyberthreats.
Zelizer says there are now two cyberspaces: one has changed the quality of our lives for the better, but the other has become the breeding ground for a polluted ecosystem.
