mass deportation effortHuffington Post

In order to carry out Trump ’s deportation agenda, the U.S. will need enormous prison camps for immigrant families.
The camps will be built “on open land in Texas near the border” and should have the capacity to house as many as 70,000 people, Stephen Miller , the main point man on immigration in the White House , said last year .
The GOP platform promises “the largest deportation operation in American history’s Mass Deportation Now!” It would involve “ thousands of Troops” who’ve been shifted from their normal work over to immigration enforcement.
The camps would have “constantly” operating runways, Miller said separately in November .
Former DHS official Miller says massive detention camps won’t be necessary, because deportations will happen very quickly.
Expect to see families behind barbed wire in overcrowded camps, desperate U.S.-citizen children looking for missing immigrant parents.
The rightward shift both parties have taken on the border in recent years .
