All of Apple 's new iPhones are capable of 45W charging over USB-C.
This is according to certification from the China Quality Certification Centre .
Last year's models could charge at a maximum of 30W , while the new ones can peak at 45W , theoretically enabling even faster charging.
It will take some real-world testing to see which chargers work best.
