Otto Kyyrönen of the SOSTE Finnish Federation for Social Affairs and Health analysed forecasts since 2017 from the Bank of Finland , large banks, and research outfits linked to business and farming lobbies and trade unions.
The report found that forecasts published by the ten different organisations over-estimated the following year 's economic growth by an average of 1.2 percentage points in the periods 2018-2019 and 2021-2023 .
