Wendy Davis , a former state senator, and a Biden campaign staffer are suing the ' Trump Train' The lawsuit stems from a lawsuit filed by Davis and the bus driver.

The six defendants in the case are Texas residents who were involved with other Trump Trains in the southern and central parts of the state in 2020 .

The city of San Marcos paid $ 175,000 to four plaintiffs, one of whom dropped from the case.
Election Day for the general election is November 5 , and early voting will run from Oct. 21 to Nov. 1 .
The deadline to register to vote and/or change your voter registration address is Oct. 7 .
The Mesaros’ said in their website that they refused to settle the case, spending more than $500,000 on legal fees.
