•Grenfell Tower fire inquiry says U.S. company Arconic "deliberately concealed" dangers of building materials
80% Informative
The public inquiry published its final report Wednesday on the deadly 2017 Grenfell Tower fire that killed 72 people.
Retired judge Martin Moore-Bick , who headed the inquiry, said all the deaths were avoidable.
Arconic, which made and sold the building's exterior cladding through a French subsidiary, is among the parties found to have played a role in the tragedy.
U.K. prosecutors say they are unlikely to file any criminal charges over the fire.
"Why are we going to wait more years , three or four or five years to have this justice?" London Mayor Sadiq Khan says those responsible must now be held to account for their "systematic dishonesty, corporate greed, institutional indifference and neglect" British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says the building's residents had been "ignored" and left in "a death trap".
