Archaeologists in Kazakhstan have discovered 10 centuries-old burial mounds dating to the Middle Ages .
Three of the kurgans are what archaeologists call "mustached kurgan" or "mustache" mounds.
More than 400 of the mounds have been discovered in central Kazakhstan alone, an archaeologist says.
