•Pixel 9 AI image generation is a huge problem that Google needs to fix
61% Informative
The Pixel 9’s Pixel Studio app can generate questionable content.
It won’t let you generate images of humans, but some of its creations might look like photos.
The Reimagine feature in the Photos app can also be abused.
Google told the blog that it's working to fix these issues, though it admitted the AI can generate offensive content.
Reimagine can add all sorts of troubling elements to photos: “Car wrecks, smoking bombs in public places, sheets that appear to cover bloody corpses, and drug paraphernalia,” were easily added to images.
You could create fake images connected to real-life political events, disasters, and wars in real-time.
