Bob Wharff walked away from the seat in 2022 , when he unsuccessfully challenged Sen. Wendy Schuler in a bid for the Wyoming Legislature’s upper chamber.
Rep. Ryan Berger (R-Evanston) ran in his place, and won, and now wants to return to the seat he once held.
