Prime Minister Keir Starmer says violence is "clearly driven by far-right hatred" The 17-year-old suspect, Axel Rudakubana , is named in court partly to counter misinformation about his identity.
He faces three counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted murder for the eight children and two adults who were injured.
