A report by the DOJ Inspector General finds that a series of public statements by senior DOJ officials suggested anti-Trump election fraud in a critical swing state.
The report also found that the suspect in the case had a severe mental disability.
The suspect was working at the ballot processing station as part of a program for the disabled, the report found.
The next day , the IG report says, Barr met with Trump for a pre-scheduled event at the White House .
He told Trump about the Luzerne County investigation and urged him to keep the information quiet.
