A 74-year-old woman was pushed into a moving BART train and killed on Monday night , BART Police said.
Trevor Belmont , 49 , was arrested on the platform of Powell Street Station shortly after the incident.
The victim was identified as Corazon Dandan , a San Mateo County resident, by the medical examiner’s office.
Dandan immigrated to San Francisco from the Philippines in the 1980s .
