Documents obtained by AL.com show two Alabama secretaries of state referred voter fraud allegations to prosecutors.
John Wahl , chairman of the Alabama Republican Party , showed up to vote in 2022 without proper voter ID ID.
Wahl’s family had been known in Limestone County for their special approach to voter ID laws, says Roland Martin .
Martin : So far Marshall has said and done nothing about either.
In 2023 , newly elected Secretary of State Wes Allen forwarded another complaint to prosecutors, this time to Marshall directly.
Marshall ’s office did not bring a case against Wahl.
Wahl did not respond to requests for comment.
