Horizon scandal: Former Post Office clerk cleared of fraud linked to Horizon scandal

Jacqueline Falcon was accused of reversing transactions on faulty accounting software.

The 42-year-old had been trying to cover up a shortfall of almost 1,000 in the branch's accounts.

She was handed a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months , and ordered to pay compensation.

Ms Falcon , from Hadston , Northumberland , watched via video-link as the ruling was made.
