Merrick Garland under fire by his former Harvard law professor

Laurence Tribe , his former Harvard Law professor, criticizes Attorney General Merrick Garland for letting Robert Hur's report into Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents.

Hur declined to prosecute Biden for mishandling the documents, partly because he cooperated in the investigation and that the evidence "does not establish Mr. Biden 's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt" However, his report raised questions about Biden 's mental fitness and called him "a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory".
