Arizona Free Enterprise Club is asking a judge to void proposed rules that say its members have no right to photograph, approach, question and even seek “documentation” of voters who are using drop boxes.
Secretary of State Adrian Fontes , a Democrat , is advising election officials that certain activities outside that limit but around free-standing drop boxes also could constitute illegal “obstruction or harassment”.
