Florida bill seeks to place restrictions on use of pronouns

Bill would place restrictions on government agencies in the use of pronouns.

It would also restrict workplace training about issues involving sexual orientation and gender identity.

Rep. Ryan Chamberlin , R-Belleview, filed the bill for the 2024 legislative session.

The bill mirrors parts of a law passed this spring about gender identity issues in the education system.

The 2024 session will start Jan. 9 .
