Tax on period pants to be abolished in Autumn Statement

Tax on period pants will be abolished i the Autumn Statement nt, th BBC BC has been told.

Wednesday rwear will be "zero-rated" and no longer subject to VAT from January.

Other period products such as pads and tamp zero have been exempt since 2021.
