Sen. Susan Collins joked Monday that she would "wear a bikini" on the Senate floor.

Sen. Chuck Schumer , D-N.Y. , secretly sent the directive to the sergeant at arms.

The change will allow Sen. John Fetterman to continue wearing his trademark hoodies and gym shorts.
