It portrays Biden as a take-no-prisoners leader and is a play on the right wing " Thank You, Brandon " meme which was started to mean " F--k you , Biden " Earlier in the year , Biden released a video sipping coffee from a Dark Brandon -themed mug on the day former President Donald Trump was arraigned.
