Hunter Biden indicted on federal gun charges

Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on a federal gun charge out of Special Counsel David Weiss ' investigation.

Biden was charged with making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm; false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer.

The charges come after an original plea agreement collapsed in July .
