With eyes fixated on Pennsylvania manhunt, a D.C. murder suspect remains on the run

Danelo Souza Cavalcante was captured Wednesday morning in southeastern Pennsylvania .

Christopher Haynes has been on the run for a week , since escaping from police custody at George Washington University Hospital .

Haynes, 30 , had been arrested earlier in the day on murder charges relating to an Aug. 12 shooting in the district.
