March is Women’s History Month, a time to reflect on the many accomplishments and contributions of women to American history and progress.
But not all women in their mid-lives are doing well, especially with respect to their health.
A recent report revealed that many of these midlife women in the U.S. in fact do not feel that they are thriving.
Martha Nolan is a senior policy advisor at HealthyWomen. HealthyWomen works to educate women ages 35 to 64 to make informed health choices.
Nolan: When supported more robustly by the medical establishment, midlife women will be equipped to feel much, much better than OK.
