Gary Lineker row 'goes straight to heart' of BBC's reputation, Ofcom boss says

Ofcom chief executive Dame Melanie Dawes says it hasn't been a great weekend for BBC sports fans.

She said she thinks there needs to be strict rules for news presenters and that's what the guidelines have.

The BBC suspended Gary Lineker for his tweets criticising the government's migration policy.

The Match of the Day presenter will be allowed back on air this weekend.
