Meet David Corenswet, cinema’s new Superman

But a few years later he was actually cast to lead James Gunn’s “ Superman ” which hits theaters on July 11 .

David Corenswet has been in big movies before, including “Twisters” He says he drew inspiration for the character from his brother-in-law.
