63% Informative
Council of Economic Advisers chair Stephen Miran says some countries negotiating with the U.S. in good faith could see tariffs delayed.
Miran : "History's on our side. If we don't pass the bill, 8 to 9 million people would've lost their insurance for sure, as a result of the biggest tax act in history creating a huge recession".
Summers: The biggest cut in the American safety net in history will kill 100,000 people over 10 years .
Summers: Higher interest rates, cutbacks in subsidies to electricity, reductions in housing, hospitals will hurt middle-class families.
No economist anywhere, without a strong political agenda, is saying that this bill is a positive for the economy.
