Archaeologists say they've found the wreck of a sailing ship captured in 1721 near Madagascar .
The wreck lies on the floor of a harbor on the island of Nosy Boraha off the northeast coast of Madagascar .
Researchers think it's the remains of Nossa Senhora do Cabo , a Portuguese ship carrying cargo from India .
The treasure it carried included ingots of gold and silver, chests full of pearls and a cross.
More than 3,300 artifacts have been recovered from the wreck of Nossa Senhora do Cabo.
The overlying silt and sand has made further recoveries difficult.
