Joey Chesnut has won the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest 16 times.
Chesnut says his biggest threat is himself if he gets in his own head, if I let something bother me, that's when I can make mistakes.
The New York sports crowd at Coney Island is Chesnut 's favorite, he says.
The day before the weigh-in, Major League Eating champ eats a hot dog.
He says he drinks half a gallon of milk in the morning to stretch out his stomach.
"I'm a natural eater. It’s one of the hardest things for me to control," he says.
The baseball star says his fiancée, Brie , loves to cook for him.
He says she knows he loves it a lot, and she knows it’s me.
"I'm gonna eat like a beast.And you know whatever happens, I’m gonna eat a beast," he says.
