EU -funded researchers are merging multidisciplinary expertise with AI tools to document, reconstruct and preserve Europe ’s historical scents.

The ODEUROPA Smell Explorer is a unique, easily searchable database of historical smells, including more than 2.4 million individual instances or mentions of different smells.
