Reader letter: Walker Road pedestrian deaths 'preventable'

The recent deaths of two senior pedestrians after being struck by a vehicle on Walker Road in Windsor were preventable.

Lots of options to slow traffic down for safety reasons — as in many other areas of the city — are not there.

This is reckless and irresponsible. This has to change now. Residents deserve better..
